Mission:

Bring yoga to marginalized communities and/or people recovering from an illness or trauma around the world.

Vision:

Facilitate holistic health, economic empowerment and self-sufficiency for men and women in marginalized communities by teaching yoga and training interested practitioners to become yoga teachers in their local communities. Usha will facilitate our teacher trainees to generate income through teaching daily yoga classes and eventually running a yoga school in their community.
